Australian Playground Standards state
AS 4685.0:2017, 8.5.5 Comprehensive Annual Inspection: A comprehensive annual inspection shall be carried out. In addition to checking all items listed in Clause 8.5.4, this inspection is intended to determine conformance with the relevant parts of AS 4685 and to establish the overall level of safety of the equipment, foundations and playground surfaces.
Our playground inspections start from $750 +GST
The following inspections SHALL be carried out:
AS4685.0:2017 8.5.1
- Routine Visual Inspection – as required
- Operational Inspection – at least every 3 months
- Comprehensive Annual Inspection – once every 12 months
- Comprehensive Post-Installation Inspection – before new playground is opened
- Drop Testing Of Unitary Softfall – at least every 3 years
