Playground Inspection Protection (PIP) – Your Training Partner 

PIP has more than thirty years practical hands on experience inspecting, installing, maintaining, designing, manufacturing and sourcing replacement parts for parks & playground facilities. Recognised throughout Australia as an industry expert in Australian Playground Standards, playground inspections, risk management, certifications & advice. 

We have been working with the Australian Playground Standards from the earliest versions in 1981 (AS 1924 Parts 1 & 2) through to when softfall became a requirement in 1996 with the introduction of AS 4422. We have been conducting inspections since 1997 when AS 4486.1 was introduced, which is when inspections were first required. 

Our first training course was in 1995 and we have trained over 3500 playground professionals to current Australian Playground Standards since then and through each standard update in 1996, 1997, 2004, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017 & 2021.
